We at SPOILX™ strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can reach us through contact us page.

No COD is available and would be mentioned on product page where we can provide COD subject to preferred locations*.

We are not accepting any international order and customers cannot place any international orders on www.spoilx.com and payments also do not get processed for international orders. 

 

SPOILX™ Exchange Policy for T-shirts

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery via any cost-effective courier or registered post. We will issue credit in your account for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

  • We accept returns only in cases of products having any manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery. We make sure that the product being delivered is as per the fabric description given on the product page.
  • Product sizes are mentioned in the product page need to be checked at the time of order. No exchange is available if wrong size product is ordered.
  • Size exchanges are not possible.
  •  faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error by us relating to quality or incorrect image (other than the ordered image) if it is our fault. Spoilx is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be re-shipped the customer must pay the cost of the re-shipment.
  • Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges are not possible.
  • No Warranty is provided for the prints/Fabric color fading.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per SPOILX™ Exchange Policy?

Mobile Covers, Posters, Coffee Mugs, Coasters, laptop sleeve, Totebags, Mousepads and Fridge Magnets are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

SPOILX™ Exchange Policy for Inner wears/ Shorts

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for inner wear in the interest of hygiene.

How do I send the product back?

You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

Can SPOILX™ arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
No, we do not offer this service now.

Will I have to pay for returning the products?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with SPOILX™ credits worth Rs. 50 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new, unused along with tags and undamaged packing. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of SPOILX™ products.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of SPOILX™ credits.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.

Order once placed can be cancelled only within 12hrs of order placement, please reach us from contact us page latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure i.e. with in 12hrs of order placement.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 15-20 working days.

The terms and conditions on the website are constantly changed and updated without prior notice. You are recommended to review the site regularly for updates. It will be taken for granted for the consistent users & the ones that place an order with us, that they have accepted the terms & conditions along with the changes.

Follow the below mentioned steps for easy returns: 

  1. You may raise a request for by writing to us at customersupport@spoilx.com. It should be raised within the time specified above schedule.
  2. The customer must upload the pictures/image of damaged/defective product which they have received. Make sure the damage/defect should be clearly visible in the sent picture or image.
  3. On receipt of the return request we may accept the returns if found satisfactory by our Quality Assurance Team.
  4. WE do not have the reverse pickup option and you must arrange the shipping of product back to us. And we will refund the courier charges to you up to Rs 50.
  5. The defective product to be returned should be finely packed with the original packing and tags. We will only process the refund/exchange request only after we receive the product in proper condition without any further damages other than the specified damage approval which is stated during the reason for exchange.
  6. We cannot assure the chances of availability of the same product/size/color during the exchange. In such cases we will provide the SPOILX™ credits which you can use for next purchase on spoilx.com
  7. The size changes are subject to product conditions & other parameters meeting our return policy.
  8. In case you make a wrong order, you must return the product at your expense. Only after the receipt of the product at our end we will replace the product by your choice up to the same amount and courier will be sent on to paid basis.
  9. All items purchased at the time of any Sale Event on our website, cannot be refunded/cancelled/replaced except for damaged products and delivery of wrong products.

Cancellation Policy

  • We believe in helping our customers as far as possible & have therefore a liberal cancellation policy, under this cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of confirmation of orders. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the unauthorized.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those orders that have been placed during sale/festive events.
  • In case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The customer service after considering your complaint, will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaint regarding wrongly placed products no refund or exchange will be entertained.

Reverse Pickup Facility

  • In cases of sizes not being than ordered & as displayed in the size chart on the website spoilx.com, the product must be sent back on to pay basis on the below mentioned address:

All the international store purchase are through Redbubble and the purchases follows the terms & conditions, return policies and store policies listed by Redbubble.

Selective designs are listed on Redbubble and these orders can be placed on redbubble.

Spoilx website doesn't accept any international orders/payments on www.spoilx.com.

International orders can only be placed on Redbubble of selective designs which are already listed on Redbubble.
